Coronavirus and human well-being: impacts of the pandemic on the global socio-ecological system

New blog post by PhyGeo young researchers

PhyGeo members Paula Rendón, Sylvie Campagne, Claudia Dworczyk, Thea Wübbelmann, Hristina Prodanova and Malte Hinsch present an overview on the impacts of the Covid-19 pandemic on our global socio-ecological system in a blog post in Nature Words. The contribution discusses, from an ecosystem services, ecosystem disservices and sustainable development goals perspective, how we can better understand the links between humans and nature to reduce the risk of disease transmission.
