At the 10th IALE World Conference held in Milan, Italy from July 01 – 05, 2019 under the theme "Nature and Society facing the Anthropocene", a PhyGeo delegation participated actively. Paula Rendón, Sylvie Campagne, Bastian Steinhoff-Knopp and Benjamin Burkhard each presented their research in oral presentations in a session organized by Bastian Steinhoff-Knopp and Benjamin Burkhard on "Biophysical Methods for the Quantification, Mapping and Assessment of Ecosystem Services". Altogether 950 delegates from around the world participated in the Conference.
