Entity Typing with Triples Using Language Models verfasst von Aniqa Riaz, Sara Abdollahi, Simon Gottschalk Abstract Entity Typing is the task of assigning a type to an entity in a knowledge graph. In this paper, we propose ETwT Entity Typing with Triples , which leverages the triples of an entity, namely its label, description and the property labels used on it. We analyse which language models and classifiers are be...
Measuring and Assessing Typing Skills in Writing Research verfasst von Luuk Van Waes, Mariëlle Leijten, Jens Roeser, Thierry Olive, Joachim Grabowski Abstract In keyboard writing, typing skills are considered an important prerequisite of proficient text production. We describe the design, implementation, and application of a standardized copy typing task in order to measure and assess individual typing fluen...
Global temporal typing patterns in foreign language writing: exploring language proficiency through recurrence quantification analysis RQA verfasst von Lisa Haake, Sebastian Wallot, Monika Tschense, Joachim Grabowski Abstract Recurrence quantification analysis RQA is a time series analysis method that uses autocorrelation properties of typing data to detect regularities within the writing process.

The internal structure of university students keyboard skills verfasst von Joachim Grabowski Abstract Nowadays, university students do not necessarily acquire their typing skills through systematic touch typing training, like professional typists. How, then, are the resulting typing skills of university students structured To reveal the composition of today s typical typing skills, 32 university students wer...
In this article, we present an analysis of 3 writing tasks, ranging from a simplified typing task to an ecological writing task. We show that multiple nonlinear metrics can be used to systematically characterize open, complex writing tasks.
Samples from 91 farmers fields in the main cassava growing areas of coastal and western Kenya were collected and subjected to ELISA and PCR for detection and typing of the begomoviruses present. CMD incidence was highest in western Kenya 80 100 and lowest in the Coast province 25 50 . In Western and Nyanza provinces, 52 of the samples tested contained EACMV UG2, 22 ACMV and 17 contained both ACMV and EACMV UG2.
Most of today s applications rely on primitive modalities, such as typing and pointing for input generation, which works well for a host of common business applications, but falls short for more complex tasks.
